Always Looking for New Volunteers!
Managers, Coaches, Scorekeepers and more...

Volunteering is such an important part of Little League, without volunteers we wouldn’t exist. This year we really need help with concession manager and official scorekeepers.

Many of you helped with our concession stand this past year, as you know we kept it open during house league and our district tournament. The money raised goes into a travel account for our players.

Last year we sent out a plea for more scorekeepers, we didn’t get any. WE DESPERATELY NEED OFFICIAL SCOREKEEPERS. Official scorekeepers are required for D5 tournaments and they know the Little League rule booklet inside and out. If you are interested, we can train you with the best.

Tax Receipt Information
Please keep your Little League receipt that you received when you signed your child up at registration.

You will need this receipt for tax purposes.

If you lose your receipt and need a replacement there will be a $10.00 charge to get one from us.

Volunteer Police Clearance
Police Clearances are not being paid for this year. All coaches and managers must have one. The cost is $15.00. We will take ones that are good until the end of June [House-League] or August [All-Stars]

Accountant Needed
Windsor South is looking for an accountant to do our books. If you are interested please contact Barb Ward at 972-3563.

Groundskeeper Wanted
Each year we look for a responsible individual to maintain the playing surfaces of the parks the ball players use. The Groundskeeper must ensure that the infield is properly marked and that the entire field is in playable condition.
