At Optimist Park (hosted by Central), the team was
undefeated
going into the 2 gold medal games. We lost in the final by one run.

Thunder Strikes Again!
WSC Friendship
Tournament. We fell to the Turtle Club Girls A team when
their last batter hit a homerun to defeat us in the bottom of the 5th.
It was quite a game. We were down 5 runs after two and batlled back to
draw
even in the fourth. We put up 5 runs in the top of the fifth but couldn't
hold on.
